Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, consultative customer service that inspires discovery across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling and personalised recommendations to drive conversion and basket value.
- Promote and enrol customers in the store CRM/loyalty program to foster repeat business and client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock replenishment and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Complete transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale procedures while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training, including cross-training and in-store expert sessions, to expand product and brand knowledge.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet trading objectives and support peak trading periods (late nights, weekends).
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work at least three full trading days, including late-night and weekend shifts.
- Demonstrable interest in beauty trends and willingness to continuously learn and share product knowledge.
- Comfort participating in regular training and cross-functional learning activities.
