Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by consulting on makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness to help clients discover products suited to their needs.
- Drive sales and CRM engagement by educating customers on loyalty programmes and capturing client data to build long‑term relationships.
- Operate across all store departments, supporting merchandising, replenishment and visual standards to maintain a premium in‑store environment.
- Participate in onboarding, continual product and technique training via the brand’s online learning platform and in‑store sessions.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment through cross‑training, knowledge sharing and support during peak trading periods (including late nights and weekends).
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer‑facing sales experience; beauty or cosmetics retail background preferred.
- Availability to work key trading days and hours, including late nights and weekends (ideally three full days across peak trading times).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrable ability to build rapport and convert sales.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and product mastery across multiple beauty categories.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
