Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that inspires discovery and drives loyalty across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
• Consult with customers to understand needs, demonstrate products and recommend tailored solutions, including make-up application and skincare routines.
• Promote and enrol customers in the store CRM and loyalty programme to deepen relationships and increase lifetime value.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and product replenishment to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and handle returns in accordance with store procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training, product education sessions and cross‑training to maintain up-to-date category expertise.
• Support stock management, receiving and basic inventory tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or a customer-facing environment, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Availability for three full days of work across peak trading times (including late nights and weekends).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong interest in beauty trends and a willingness to learn and attend in-store training sessions.
• Right to work in Australia.

Experience

Entry-level role with preference for candidates who have prior retail or customer-facing sales experience; demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives and deliver high-quality customer interactions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position is AUD 28.08 per hour.
