Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience by listening to client needs, providing product demonstrations, and offering tailored recommendations across skincare, colour, haircare and wellness ranges.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement, cross-selling, CRM enrolment and follow-up to build long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in onboarding and continuous learning via the brand’s online learning platform and field training sessions to maintain up-to-date product and technique knowledge.
  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, product sampling and maintaining a welcoming sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to meet trading priorities and staffing needs during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience in retail preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication to diverse clientele.
  • Availability to work key trading periods (ideal candidates can commit to three full days across Thursday–Sunday, including late nights and weekend shifts).
  • Passion for beauty products and trends, with a willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Right to work in Australia.
