Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to inspire and assist clients across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
  • Provide product demonstrations, personalised recommendations and clienteling to drive conversion and repeat purchase.
  • Promote and enrol customers in the store CRM programme, explaining benefits and features to deepen client relationships.
  • Participate in onboarding, ongoing training and cross‑training sessions to maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising as required.
  • Support store trading during peak hours, including late nights and weekends, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in retail or a customer-facing environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Flexible availability, ideally able to provide three full days including late nights, weekends and peak trading periods (Thursday–Sunday).
  • Right to work in Australia.

Experience
