Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories to drive sales and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to each customer's needs, including enrolment and education on the CRM loyalty program.
- Execute in-store merchandising, visual standards and stock replenishment to maintain premium brand presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and support daily store opening/closing procedures.
- Participate in initial onboarding and ongoing in-store and online training; cross-train across departments and support team learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in retail or a customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building client relationships.
- Availability to work key trading times, including three full days across Thursday–Sunday, late-night and weekend shifts.
- Passion for beauty trends and a willingness to learn product ranges and sales techniques.

Experience
Entry-level; some prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred. Experience with beauty brands or cosmetics retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; certificate or tertiary study in beauty, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 28.08 per hour.
