Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client‑focused service by greeting customers, listening to needs and recommending appropriate products across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
- Conduct in‑store demonstrations, explain product benefits and application techniques to drive trial and conversion.
- Promote and enrol customers in the CRM loyalty programme, demonstrating its features and benefits to deepen client relationships.
- Maintain merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards to ensure a compelling store presentation.
- Participate in initial onboarding, ongoing training and cross‑training sessions delivered via the brand’s online learning platform and field trainers.
- Support daily sales activities including achieving individual and store KPIs, processing transactions and adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Uphold store policies relating to loss prevention, health & safety and product hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for beauty and product discovery.
- Availability to work at least three full days across peak trading times (Thursday–Sunday), including late nights and weekends.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and to expand product and brand knowledge.

Experience
Entry‑level role with prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred; experience in beauty or cosmetics retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or certificate in beauty/retail desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 35.10 per hour.
