Sephora São Paulo — Store Administrative Supervisor (Shopping Mooca). Full-time, on-site role managing store administration, inventory receiving and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store administrative and stock processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage merchandise receiving procedures and reconcile incoming stock with inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora’s brand standards, internal policies and profitability objectives.
- Support cash handling operations and perform cashier duties when required.
- Coordinate with store management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain orderly documentation and reports related to stock, receipts and administrative workflows.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues; provide frontline support for client queries related to store operations.
- Promote a culture of organization, proactivity and adherence to dress code and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education is desirable.
- Prior experience in administrative or stock/warehouse roles is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with merchandise receiving or inventory systems is desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to operate point-of-sale when needed.
- Capacity for physical tasks, flexibility in schedule and adherence to corporate dress code.

Experience
Entry-level to junior candidates are suitable; previous exposure to administrative, stock control or retail operations is desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma required; university or vocational coursework in business, logistics or retail management is preferred.
