Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor development work included in scheduled releases with delivery squads and Agile Release Trains (ART); participate in ART Sync and PI Planning.
  • Formalize and maintain cut‑over plans and release entry criteria required for safe production deployments.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate production deployments of releases and hot‑fixes; manage MES (mises en service) and non‑production environments.
  • Track progress of release tickets; circulate meeting minutes and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain release documentation, build and release procedures, and distribution lists.
  • Identify release risks and blockers; propose mitigation plans around scope, prioritization and quality.
  • Run post‑release retrospectives (REX) and update release KPIs and roadmaps, including dependency and communication management.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant technical or digital degree (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Digital Project Management) as part of a 12‑ or 24‑month alternance (apprenticeship) programme.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder follow‑ups.
  • Basic technical understanding of e‑commerce architectures, application development lifecycles and DevOps principles (CI/CD, branch management).
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise, anticipate risks and integrate into cross‑functional teams.
