Sephora — Regional Trainer in Bordeaux (full-time). Lead regional learning programs, deliver field coaching and create pedagogical content across France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the regional training strategy in alignment with commercial priorities and the Learning & Development roadmap.
  • Act as a trusted business partner for Regional Directors and HR, monitoring, challenging and animating training KPIs.
  • Design, deliver and facilitate classroom and remote training modules from the catalogue; lead field coaching, in-store accompaniment and post-training reinforcement.
  • Observe and refine the sales ritual, client service proposition and product valorisation through on-the-job coaching.
  • Develop, adapt and author pedagogical content and learning materials (using flashgrid method where applicable) to meet network needs.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional L&D projects and operational roll-outs across the region.
  • Facilitate regional meetings, conventions and training events; strengthen relationships with brand partners and network stakeholders.
  • Monitor and promote the adoption of digital learning tools among store teams and advise on new training formats.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail training, learning & development or retail management, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to deliver classroom and field-based training and coaching at scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills; confident public speaker.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities; business-partner mindset.
  • Autonomous, proactive and energetic, with a culture of feedback and coaching.
  • Availability to travel across France regularly.
  • Fluent English (spoken); strong written communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge or interest in neuroscience-based learning is a plus.

Experience

At least 5 years of progressive experience in retail training, learning & development or store management, with demonstrated impact on commercial KPIs and experience delivering both classroom and in-store coaching across multiple locations.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Education, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in retail L&D.
