Sephora in Paris seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager (CDD) to act as HR Business Partner across a multi-site regional network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and operationalise group and brand HR policies across a multi-site regional perimeter in close partnership with the Regional Director.
- Act as trusted HR Business Partner to regional commercial leadership, advising on workforce planning, labour law, disciplinary matters, absenteeism and turnover.
- Monitor regional HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, accidents at work, vacancies) and design targeted action plans including succession and retention measures.
- Drive local talent management: identify high potentials, design development plans, career paths, mobility and succession planning.
- Support and coordinate the recruitment plan: needs analysis, profile definition and structured onboarding of new hires.
- Manage core HR processes (annual appraisals, people reviews, career discussions) and ensure consistent execution across stores.
- Lead transversal HR projects aligned with the brand’s people strategy and ensure stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain high-quality social dialogue with employee representatives and external bodies; prepare and animate regional proximity meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in a HRBP or Regional HR Manager role, ideally within retail.
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of French labour law and collective/social relations.
- Proven experience in social dialogue and handling employee representative relations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Methodical, project-oriented and able to operate autonomously across a dispersed retail network.

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Regional HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably gained in a retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
