Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the commercial performance of stores within the designated region.
- Monitor and animate daily store operations to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
- Relay commercial goals and drive regional performance metrics such as sales, margin, conversion rates, average basket size, and hourly productivity.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to devise and implement strategic action plans.
- Manage and ensure accountability for the region's Profit & Loss statements.
- Lead, develop, and inspire store teams, fostering a strong relational dynamic.
- Conduct regular store visits to support Store Directors in achieving organizational goals and managing their teams.
- Build effective teams by collaborating with Human Resources to align staffing with business objectives, develop talent, and manage turnover and absenteeism.
- Ensure operational excellence and superior customer experience through effective merchandising, stock management, and adherence to security and management procedures.
- Implement and oversee the retail commercial calendar, ensuring its execution and quality.
- Facilitate communication between the corporate direction and the store network to share best practices.
- Provide weekly activity reports to the Zone Director, covering quantitative and qualitative indicators, action plans, and initiatives.
- Lead regional meetings to ensure effective information dissemination and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in regional management within the retail sector, preferably in beauty or luxury goods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive commercial performance.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.

Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
