Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the commercial performance of stores within the designated region.
  • Monitor and animate daily store operations to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Communicate commercial goals and drive regional performance metrics such as sales, margin, conversion rates, average basket size, and productivity.
  • Analyze regional performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators, and implement associated action plans.
  • Manage and ensure accountability for the region's Profit & Loss (P&L).
  • Lead, develop, and inspire store teams, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with business objectives.
  • Visit stores regularly to support Directors in achieving their goals and managing their teams.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to organize teams, develop talent, and manage turnover and absenteeism.
  • Ensure operational excellence and superior customer experience through effective merchandising, stock management, and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Implement the retail commercial calendar and ensure its effective execution.
  • Facilitate communication between the direction and the store network to share best practices.
  • Provide weekly activity reports to the Zone Director and lead regional meetings to disseminate information and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and remote management.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Experience in managing employee representative bodies is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to inspire, unite, and lead teams. Attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in the retail sector with substantial experience in team management and remote leadership.
