Sephora recruits Regional Director for Alicante, Spain. Lead multi-store retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across all regional locations by analyzing satisfaction indicators (Love Meter, Mystery Shopper) and implementing tailored improvement plans
- Achieve regional and store-level sales objectives through performance analysis and targeted commercial initiatives
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, productivity, inventory, and profitability for the region
- Enforce Sephora policies, procedures, and brand standards across all points of sale, including merchandising, pricing, tester management, cashier operations, and shrinkage control
- Lead, develop, and mentor store teams through recruitment, evaluation, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including sales, productivity, margin, product mix, conversion rates, average basket size, and customer engagement metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders to optimize regional processes and efficiency
- Conduct local market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive regional expansion
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Area Manager or equivalent, managing multiple retail locations
- Proven track record in retail operations, with preferred experience in beauty or premium retail sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple KPIs and business objectives simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and analytical capabilities
- Results-oriented mindset with deep focus on customer experience delivery
- Native Spanish or bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English), with upper-intermediate English competency
- Valid driving license
- Frequent travel availability

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, specifically managing multiple retail locations as an Area Manager or equivalent role. Preferred experience within the beauty, luxury, or premium retail sectors. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, operational efficiency, and team engagement across complex, multi-store environments.
Education
Secondary education minimum; business, management, or retail-related qualification advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Alicante, Valencian Community, Spain, with easy access to Valencia.
