Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for a dedicated group autonomously.
- Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters.
- Assist managers in drafting job descriptions.
- Publish job listings and source resumes.
- Conduct interviews and participate in recruitment events at schools.
- Ensure an optimal candidate experience.
- Plan and facilitate onboarding sessions for interns and apprentices.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices.
- Identify high-potential talents.
- Manage interpersonal relationships and serve as the primary HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers.
- Participate in organizing events for the Campus Headquarters population.
- Propose employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.
- Interest in recruitment and operational HR management.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business School specialization in HR.
