Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Facilitate communication and information exchange with all departments and stores.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
- Coordinate hotel and travel bookings.
- Oversee daily tasks related to the office's smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Punctuality and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing situations.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

Experience
At least six months of professional experience in administration or as a receptionist.
