Join Sephora in Milan, Italy, as a Real Estate Intern. Contribute to dynamic projects within the LVMH Group's prestige beauty retail sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and follow-up of the Business Plan for each Real Estate project.
- Participate in the Real Estate Projects Budgeting Process to establish Capex and Opex for openings and remodelings.
- Analyze deviations from the budget and timeline of Real Estate Projects and propose solutions to achieve approved KPIs.
- Maintain reporting on key Real Estate and Construction KPIs.
- Assist in setting and achieving annual goals for openings, closings, renewals, and rent reductions.
- Conduct benchmarking studies of Real Estate and Construction markets.
- Contribute to Construction efficiency projects by streamlining activities and implementing key insights.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a related field.
Education
Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
