Quality Project Officer position at Sephora Collection in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Fixed-term contract with a focus on cosmetics quality assurance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project team and suppliers to ensure product quality throughout launch phases, including participation in risk assessments and definition of testing protocols
- Define and monitor control plans during development and industrialization phases through finished product approval, aligned with project schedules
- Conduct industrial trials and contribute to product specification development
- Lead control of bulk and finished products with suppliers and quality team, releasing batches by delegation
- Monitor packaging component quality at supplier and contract packer facilities
- Manage non-conformities during product launch and follow-up actions
- Monitor and manage non-conformities for existing range products
- Handle market feedback and customer complaints
- Support suppliers in compliance with Sephora Collection quality requirements and best practices
- Report on performance indicator tracking internally and externally
- Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives including tools, LVMH task forces, and lessons learned
- Ensure application of ISO 22716 and applicable regulatory requirements across all procedures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a scientific field or engineering school equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality role within the cosmetics industry
- Proficiency in operational English and Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated negotiation abilities and capacity for strategic proposals
- Adaptability and strong interpersonal communication skills

Education
