Sephora Collection seeks Quality Assurance Specialist (Fixed-term) in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Ensure cosmetics compliance and excellence across development to commercialization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to conduct risk analyses and establish quality protocols for product launches, from development through industrialization
- Develop and implement specific testing plans and approval schedules, oversee pilot-scale and industrial trials, and document defect specifications and color matching palettes
- Define product control specifications and testing ranges; manage bulk, semi-finished, and finished product inspections with suppliers and quality assistants
- Oversee packaging article controls with external pack and conditioning suppliers; pilot launch non-conformities and track corrective action plans
- Monitor and resolve product defects during commercialization; process market feedback and customer complaints; execute modification approval protocols for range extensions
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, support supplier compliance with Sephora Collection quality standards, and report internal and external KPI tracking
- Ensure ISO 22716 Good Manufacturing Practice compliance and adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and company procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in scientific discipline such as engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar quality function within the cosmetics or beauty industry
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Demonstrated expertise in ISO 22716 Good Manufacturing Practices

Education
