Sephora Collection seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement for prestige beauty products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reference, monitor, and verify subcontractor performance and compliance
- Onboard subcontractors and support implementation of Sephora Collection quality requirements
- Oversee approval of specifications, contractual documents, and audit processes
- Manage non-conformities and complaints within the quality management system; track and resolve quality deviations
- Monitor action plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to quality initiatives
- Review batch records and conduct product controls as part of the annual quality control plan
- Maintain and improve internal quality management documentation systems and supplier documentation
- Participate in the internal audit program and coordinate audit schedules
- Deploy action plans aligned with departmental strategic objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives both internally and with external partners
- Lead strategy development and implementation of new quality management tools
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in biological engineering or equivalent, or professional Master's degree with specialization in quality management
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar quality assurance or quality engineering role
- Professional-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable quality standards and regulations in cosmetics manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
