Sephora Collection in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer (fixed‑term) to manage QMS, supplier audits and quality documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor referencing, onboarding and qualification; support suppliers in implementing Sephora’s quality requirements.
- Coordinate approval processes for quality agreements, contractual documentation and supplier audits.
- Handle non‑conformities and customer/supplier complaints related to the Quality Management System and ensure corrective actions are tracked to closure.
- Define, monitor and report quality KPIs and associated action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and improve internal quality documentation and supplier/subcontractor documentary deliverables (SOPs, specifications, quality records).
- Participate in the internal audit programme and support audit preparation and follow‑up.
- Deploy departmental action plans aligned with strategic priorities and contribute to cross‑functional quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Biological Engineering or equivalent; professional master’s with a quality focus acceptable.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Quality Assurance role, preferably within the cosmetics or personal‑care industry.
- Operational proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of applicable quality standards and regulatory expectations for cosmetic products.
- Rigorous, analytical, adaptable and able to drive cross‑functional collaboration; strong communication skills.

Minimum 3 years in a Quality Assurance position, ideally within the cosmetics or personal‑care industry, with hands‑on experience managing suppliers, audits and QMS documentation.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Biological Engineering or a professional master's degree with a specialization in quality.
