Role & Responsibilities
- Administer the electronic document management system (GED) and author or update quality system documentation to reflect process changes.
- Manage supplier referencing and follow up on packaging suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate and execute metrological controls and calibration checks on laboratory equipment to maintain measurement integrity.
- Support the Quality Assurance team in continuous‑improvement projects, including data collection and project tracking.
- Produce and maintain performance indicators and reports to monitor quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a scientific Master's or engineering programme (Bac+5) or equivalent and eligible for a 1‑year alternance starting September 2026.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive attitude and ability to gain stakeholder buy‑in.
- Good operational command of English.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with cosmetic quality reference frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Entry level — suitable for students with limited professional experience seeking a 1‑year work‑study (alternance) placement within a Quality Assurance environment. Prior internships or laboratory experience is advantageous but not required.
