Sephora seeks a Quality & Regulatory Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France to lead compliance and quality assurance for UK and European operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and optimize quality and regulatory strategies and processes specific to product distribution in UK and European markets
- Ensure compliance of products and packaging with current regulations in relevant countries
- Organize, supervise, and monitor product and supplier quality audits and controls
- Establish and maintain recording and monitoring systems for product quality, compliance, and safety data
- Manage non-conformities by liaising directly with suppliers and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess potential impacts on the project, and propose necessary adjustments
- Draft and negotiate quality and regulatory clauses in contractual documents with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate coordination and exchanges with suppliers for compliance procedure implementation
- Establish synergies with central and local internal teams for harmonized process deployment
- Act as the principal internal expert and point of contact for all quality and regulatory matters
- Validate regulatory compliance of brand communication materials developed for the project
- Develop, draft, and maintain comprehensive Quality & Regulatory documentation for project implementation and monitoring
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful experience in quality management and/or regulatory affairs
- Ideally acquired in the cosmetics sector
- Strong analytical capabilities and synthetic thinking to facilitate decision-making
- Proven ability to manage complex projects methodically with thoroughness and organizational rigor
- Demonstrated team spirit and proficiency in project-based and cross-functional working modes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Recognized autonomy and proactivity with ability to take relevant initiatives
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
