Sephora Quality Analyst position in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Deploy quality assurance across European brand portfolio. Permanent, hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy Sephora's quality process with monitored brands across Europe, including onboarding coordination and compliance verification
  • Coordinate receipt of finished product samples and manage microbiological testing protocols with external laboratory partners
  • Maintain current GMP certificates and social audit reports for production facilities; organize social audits with external partners as required
  • Authorize product release across European retail and online networks in compliance with quality requirements
  • Serve as primary quality liaison for internal departments including Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Launch Coordination, and Category Management
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve product complaints and non-conformities from European stores and subsidiaries
  • Track compensation requests and corrective action follow-up related to customer dissatisfaction
  • Organize and oversee product withdrawals and recalls for assigned brand portfolio
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs within assigned scope
  • Contribute to documentation, harmonization, and continuous improvement of quality procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or supplier quality, ideally within cosmetics, consumer goods, or regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to cosmetic products and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in English in an international professional context, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Rigor, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability and openness to change
  • Collaborative team player with excellent cross-functional communication abilities
