Sephora is hiring a QA Test Analyst in Paris to test e-commerce platforms with JIRA and Zéphyr expertise. Hybrid, full-time contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute functional and technical tests on e-commerce applications and systems
- Identify, document, and escalate software anomalies and defects to development teams
- Track and monitor resolution status of reported issues through to closure
- Write, maintain, and update test cases in response to application updates and feature releases
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and local stakeholders to expedite incident handling
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain testing documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a QA or quality assurance role
- Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and test management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Zéphyr or equivalent test case management tool
- Familiarity with SalesForce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Order Management Systems (OMS) preferred

3 years of professional experience in a QA or quality assurance role, with demonstrated expertise in functional and technical testing methodologies.
