Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing and development projects for accessories and promotional kits, from brief analysis to product launch.
  • Define supplier panels, run RFQs via the designated platform and coordinate cross-functional project teams and timelines.
  • Perform margin simulations and propose sourcing/development levers (design-to-cost, cost-to-value) to meet commercial targets.
  • Develop and maintain supplier knowledge: industrial capabilities, turnover, strengths/weaknesses and capacity assessments.
  • Maintain supplier scorecards, lead performance reviews and manage dispute resolution and contract follow-through.
  • Support sourcing strategy for promotional items and accessories, including lead-time, pricing and transport constraints.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, supply conditions and exclusivities for product launches and replenishment.
  • Input purchasing data into SAP and other referencing tools; contribute as key user to tool evolution projects.
  • Monitor product lifecycle: forecasts, stock, obsolescence and end-of-life processes; participate in budget and stock reduction initiatives.
  • Implement RSE/CSR reporting for suppliers and suggest continuous improvement measures to deliver cost or agility gains.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or engineering program, ideally with a specialization in purchasing/sourcing.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of promotional goods, packaging, beauty accessories and export purchasing practices.
  • Capacity to operate in an international environment and to liaise with US and global teams.
  • Strong negotiation, organisation and project-management skills; results-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively.
