Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance operations across assigned regions, ensuring safety and comfort for assets and individuals.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate security commissions and regulatory checks.
  • Assist in cross-functional projects such as IT deployments and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain third-party relationships related to maintenance, including supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Supervise regional operations, including updates with regional directors and store visits.
  • Lead projects for store openings, renovations, and transfers, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for project execution and completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate maintenance or related field, or equivalent experience in retail, construction, or project management.

Skills

Proficiency in cost analysis, budget management, and contract evaluation. Strong understanding of architectural and technical challenges. Proficiency in computer tools, with AutoCAD as a plus. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Excellent organizational and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Proactive and innovative mindset.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in maintenance and construction projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in real estate maintenance or related field.
