Sephora Collection seeks an experienced Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead makeup product development projects on a fixed-term contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and monitor launch schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality and quantity standards
- Manage new product development projects from marketing brief through market launch, coordinating internal functions and external subcontractors
- Assess and secure project feasibility, identify risks, and establish mitigation action plans
- Serve as interface and facilitator between operational and marketing experts
- Organize and lead project follow-up and feasibility meetings, participating in governance discussions
- Present project status, alert stakeholders to at-risk initiatives, and propose solutions during Management Committee meetings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of project management methodologies and tools
- Conduct launch reviews and propose new processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead identified cross-functional and strategic projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum six years of professional experience in project management within product development
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools, preferably in industrial, cosmetics, or agri-food sectors
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and team coordination
- Proficiency in English
