Six-month internship supporting the operations and project management of Sephora University, including training event coordination, trainer certification oversight, and content creation. The successful candidate will assist in organizing coaching and trainer development programs, maintaining Qualiopi certification compliance, and managing communications across multiple stakeholder groups within this prestigious beauty industry training initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization of training events, Expert community management, and seminars for Sephora University
- Play a key role in organizing the coaching training program and trainer development program, including participant tracking, presentation adjustments, and certification management
- Assist the team in maintaining Qualiopi certification standards through constant monitoring and follow-up
- Collaborate with the Sephora University Director and team on various support missions including stakeholder meetings, administrative tasks, and budget management
- Create and share high-quality, engaging content on Sephora University communication channels in alignment with global strategy
- Ensure operational coordination and support for in-person skincare training sessions
- Prepare for and participate in assessment centers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business school degree (Bachelor's or Master's level)
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to maintain strategic perspective while managing tactical details
- Comfortable interacting professionally with diverse stakeholder groups
- Creative and proficient with social media platforms
