Sephora Collection seeks Project Management Group Leader in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead makeup development portfolio with 6+ years PM experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and monitor launch schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the correct quality and quantity specifications
- Manage new projects from marketing brief through market launch, coordinating internal functions (Packaging Development, Formula Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing) and external subcontractors
- Assess and secure project feasibility, identify risks, and determine associated mitigation strategies
- Convene operational and marketing subject-matter experts to drive cross-functional alignment
- Organize and facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, acting as interface and coordinator across stakeholder groups
- Present project status, escalate risks, and propose solutions during Management Committee reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Conduct comprehensive launch reviews and recommend new processes, best practices, and improvement initiatives
- Lead identified cross-functional and strategic projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in project management within product development
- Advanced knowledge of project management methods, processes, and tools, preferably within industrial, cosmetic, or food production sectors
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and team coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional-level English proficiency

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in project management within product development, preferably in the industrial, cosmetics, or food production sectors. Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder product launches and development initiatives.
Education
