Role & Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in launching new Sephora Favorites and various cross-functional projects in the European market.
  • Identify and select product assortments that align with Sephora's identity and customer expectations to ensure commercial success.
  • Develop exclusive offers or loyalty programs based on CRM insights to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate each phase of the launch process in close collaboration with suppliers, brands, countries, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of 360° activation toolboxes for each launch, including product sheet writing and toolbox consolidation in PowerPoint format.
  • Monitor project presence across all touchpoints, including mobile applications, country websites, social media, and CRM magazines.
  • Assist in creating assortments for various marketing and CRM projects.
  • Coordinate the implementation of various projects.
  • Manage daily operational issues and provide solutions.
  • Analyze KPIs of different projects and Sephora Favorites, synthesizing data for internal and brand use.
  • Identify performance levers and formulate recommendations to optimize future launches.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a university or business school

Skills

Meticulous, organized, and proactive Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel) Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset Strong command of English
