Sephora — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: Production Coordinator Internship (Holiday Gift Sets), 6‑month internship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end production of seasonal (Christmas) gift sets within the Innovation & Development team.
- Ensure assortments are finalised and product data is complete; confirm availability of finished or semi-finished components with Supply Chain and Planning.
- Define and document assembly processes for each gift set to prepare RFQs for copackers.
- Collaborate with Packaging Development on technically and commercially viable pack solutions that control costs and preserve product integrity.
- Evaluate copacker quotations, finalise costs with Procurement and participate in production launches at copacker sites.
- Validate tertiary packaging and palletisation plans for finished goods.
- Monitor overall project schedules, report progress and risks to project leads, and implement mitigation plans where required.
- Maintain regular cross‑functional communication with Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in year 4 of an engineering programme (packaging, mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for technical arguments and commercial recommendations.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project‑management aptitude; proactive and autonomous working style.
- High level of English (explicitly required); availability for occasional business travel.

Beginner — suitable for a student internship candidate with limited professional experience; prior internships in packaging, production or project coordination are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
4th‑year engineering student (packaging, mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline).
