Production Control Coordinator at Sephora's Avon, IN Distribution Center. Full-time Friday–Sunday shifts, $24.70–$26.45/hr with benefits and shift differential eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to distribution center associates to achieve operational goals and maintain productivity standards
- Monitor and evaluate associate work performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in-house computer systems to track and monitor workflow activities
- Communicate daily work objectives and action plans to team members; coordinate work execution against established standards
- Train associates in job duties and best practices as outlined in company standard operating procedures
- Enforce all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and protocols; report safety violations and hazards immediately to management
- Manage inventory balance and facilitate efficient flow of communication and information between operational shifts
- Maintain flexible work schedule and availability for overtime as required by operational and business needs
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant warehouse/distribution center work experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications, with demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively give and receive professional feedback
- Proactive and professional demeanor with demonstrated flexibility and enthusiasm
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or related supply chain functions. Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar menu-driven applications is strongly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management, associate training, and shift-based operations is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in warehouse and distribution operations.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
