Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shift operations in collaboration with departmental associates to maintain productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards
  • Utilize in-house computer systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and monitor work activities
  • Prioritize and assign work tasks to associates aligned with established operational goals
  • Communicate daily objectives to the team and coordinate execution against defined action plans
  • Monitor associate performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Train associates on procedural requirements per company operational standards
  • Enforce compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety regulations; report violations to supervisory personnel
  • Maintain Loss Prevention policy adherence and model excellent attendance
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules, including shift variations and overtime as operationally required
  • Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic mathematical competency
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Experience

Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain operations experience. Prior experience operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or comparable menu-driven applications is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of managing multiple concurrent tasks, coordinating team workflows, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Education

College degree or equivalent relevant work experience demonstrating operational and supervisory competency in a distribution or warehouse setting.
