Sephora seeks a Product Operations Manager (Remote, USA) to lead digital product ecosystem operations, manage teams, and drive AI-enabled process improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the Product & UX Operating Model by driving clarity, consistency, and scale across product workflows, governance, standardized artifacts, release enablement, onboarding, training, and communications
- Lead AI-Enabled Process Improvements by identifying and applying AI tools and practices to reduce manual effort, enhance information quality, and support faster, better operational and product decisions while maintaining trust and compliance
- Manage Systems of Record including SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, and JIRA integrations to ensure information is discoverable, current, and reliable across all teams
- Drive Cross-Functional Adoption by communicating and reinforcing standardized ways of working across Product, UX, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Business, and Governance partners
- Act as Connective Tissue Across Teams, serving as a key alignment partner and communicating intent, value, and impact to drive shared understanding and adoption of operational improvements
- Strengthen Team Culture by designing thoughtful onboarding experiences, training programs, shared rituals, and recognition celebrations that foster an inclusive environment
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of operational experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar roles
- Strong background supporting Product, UX, or Engineering teams in a product-led organization
- Demonstrated AI fluency with sound judgment in applying AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and decision-making
- Strong systems thinking and cross-functional influence with end-to-end process orientation
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around clear operating practices through credibility and compelling narratives
- Outcome-oriented mindset with ability to define clear success criteria and measure impact using qualitative and quantitative signals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
