Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product launches and brand partnerships across skincare and haircare categories
- Conduct market and product analysis, including demand forecasting and launch planning for new brands and products
- Monitor category performance through retail KPI tracking, including sales velocity, inventory turnover, and sell-through by channel
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive category growth and profitability
- Negotiate promotional activities, rebates, and commercial terms with brand partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on commercial calendar development and identify new market opportunities
- Execute pricing and promotional strategies across omnichannel platforms
- Oversee planogram compliance, product assortment optimization, and in-store inventory allocation
Qualifications
- University degree (bachelor's level)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate English language competency
- Minimum 3 years of retail or ecommerce experience in product management or category roles
