Sephora seeks a strategic Product Manager for Singapore to lead digital experiences in user, loyalty, and personalisation across Southeast Asia's omnichannel platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end digital lifecycle for user, loyalty, and personalisation domains across Sephora SEA's omnichannel platform
- Design and optimise seamless, intuitive onboarding journeys to drive high conversion rates and reduce sign-up friction
- Strengthen customer contactability by improving consent capture and ensuring customer profiles support timely, relevant engagement across all channels
- Enhance Beauty Pass loyalty programme engagement and evolve member-only experiences across Sephora SEA
- Develop re-purchase capabilities and targeted reactivation strategies to improve retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value
- Leverage Beauty Profile data and customer segmentation insights to deliver highly relevant recommendations, offers, and personalised content
- Build a culture of evidence-based iteration through A/B testing and competitive analysis
- Implement robust security measures, including passwordless authentication, and collaborate with the Chief Security Officer on data protection and incident response
- Mentor junior product managers and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Translate implementation progress into clear value reporting for senior stakeholders and align Marketing, Engineering, Data, and CRM teams around shared roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing ecommerce or marketplace platforms
- Proven track record owning user-centric domains, loyalty programmes, or personalisation engines
- Demonstrated experience managing loyalty programme logic, rewards structures, and lifecycle marketing integration
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Domo, Google Analytics, and Heap
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and data-security assessments
- Strong AI fluency with clear understanding of AI-powered product lifecycle
- Proficiency in utilising AI tools for day-to-day productivity and strategic AI-powered feature identification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities

Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with demonstrated focus on consumer-facing ecommerce or marketplace platforms.
