Sephora seeks an experienced Product Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France to drive Store Clienteling product strategy across Europe and the Middle East.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Store Clienteling product vision in alignment with omnichannel, CRM, and retail strategy
- Build and manage the product roadmap, integrating business objectives, user needs, operational constraints, and market priorities
- Identify value creation opportunities through usage analysis, field feedback, data insights, and retail and clienteling trends
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from scoping to deployment and performance monitoring
- Prioritize product initiatives in collaboration with Business Owners, Retail, CRM, Operations, Training, and Technology teams
- Ensure consistency and sustainability of the Core Store Clienteling model across Europe, Middle East, and adjacent markets while addressing local needs
- Define product KPIs and track business impact of deployed features including adoption, engagement, retail performance, user satisfaction, and omnichannel contribution
- Collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Analytics, and Engineering teams to design user-centric, efficient experiences
- Mentor and support two Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap execution
- Present strategic initiatives to management and international stakeholders
- Govern product strategy with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and effective prioritization
- Lead product discovery phases including workshops, usage analysis, benchmarking, and field feedback collection
- Drive change management and facilitate adoption of in-store digital tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product methodologies, processes, and product culture
- Anticipate organizational, technical, and operational impacts of product evolution
- Monitor innovations in retail, omnichannel, and in-store clienteling solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years post-graduate education (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent role
- Proven experience managing high-impact digital products in multi-country environments
- Confirmed experience in retail, omnichannel, or digital in-store environments
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Deep understanding of retail, CRM, omnichannel, and in-store usage challenges
- Strong sensitivity to user experience and operational performance
- Ability to define strategic vision while remaining connected to field realities
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
- Natural leadership and ability to federate multidisciplinary and international teams
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in product management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, analytics platforms)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent role, ideally within a retail, omnichannel, or digital in-store environment. Confirmed track record managing high-impact digital products across multiple countries and markets.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university degree).
