Sephora SEA Product Management Intern (Internship) — Singapore. Six‑month placement (July–December 2026) supporting product backlog, launches and data‑driven iteration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial, user and internal technology stakeholders to elicit needs and translate them into clear product scopes and requirements.
  • Support maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog to ensure alignment with product vision and business priorities.
  • Act as a communication bridge between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of product requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Assist with product launches, monitor feature performance, and iterate on functionality based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects from conception to delivery and prepare presentations of project outcomes for relevant functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Creative, inquisitive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
  • Self‑starter with demonstrated eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects.
  • Available to commit to a full‑time, six‑month internship from July to December 2026.

Experience
