Sephora — Product Design Assistant (alternance) in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. 12–24 month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Product Design team on UX and UI tasks for Sephora’s web and mobile applications, contributing to both feature development and optimisation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, QA, Data Analysts, Marketing and Studio teams to translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Design System alongside the Design System Manager, producing UI components and documentation.
- Plan and execute user tests and usability studies to validate designs and iterate on user journeys.
- Produce high-fidelity Figma prototypes, design assets and specifications for handover to engineering; use analytics and behaviour tools to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master-level (Bac+5) or equivalent programme in digital design, UX, HCI, interaction design or related field.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX and UI work for web and/or mobile platforms, including e‑commerce or service design projects.
- Practical experience with product design workflows, including user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
- Strong organisational skills, analytical rigour and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in design tooling and an appetite for learning in an international digital product context.

Experience
Entry-level: academic projects or prior internships in digital design. Demonstrable experience designing interfaces for e‑commerce, apps or digital services through coursework, personal projects or short professional placements; portfolio required.
Education
Enrolled in or completing a Bac+5 (Master-level) programme in digital design, user experience, interaction design, human–computer interaction or a closely related discipline.
