Sephora São Paulo — Product/Category Analyst (Dotcom, Fragrances). Mid‑level hybrid role managing assortment, e‑commerce strategy and supplier negotiations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the online assortment for the Fragrances category on the Dotcom channel, ensuring range relevance and commercial performance.
  • Develop strategic analyses and category plans to drive channel growth, market share and margin.
  • Monitor and report KPIs (growth, share, margin, sell‑through and other performance metrics) to inform decision-making and track strategy delivery.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with brand partners and suppliers to optimize assortment and promotional activity.
  • Collaborate closely with media, social, CRM, online trade and other cross‑functional teams to activate campaigns and expand channel reach.
  • Support the construction of the commercial calendar and execute pricing and promotion routines.
  • Define launch plans for new product introductions and follow up on post‑launch performance and optimisation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, beauty or consumer goods; e‑commerce experience is a strong advantage.
  • Intermediate English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and analysing KPIs.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience liaising with suppliers and brand partners.
