Sephora seeks a Product Analyst in São Paulo to manage the makeup category across digital and retail channels with a focus on growth and performance optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define makeup category assortment aligned with commercial strategy and consumer demand
- Manage product launches with emphasis on forecasting accuracy and performance optimization
- Monitor and analyze key retail performance indicators (KPIs) by category, brand, and product across all digital channels
- Develop sales, margin, and market share analytical reports with competitive benchmarking
- Build and negotiate strategic initiatives focused on app-based channel growth and consumer engagement
- Identify and prioritize website and app enhancements to improve category visibility and conversion
- Collaborate with trade, media, and channel partners to develop e-commerce commercial calendars and identify new commercial opportunities
- Interface with commercial planning team to align product focus and promotional strategies with monthly business moments
- Monitor competitive category performance and market positioning
- Curate product listings and oversee Product Detail Page (PDP) creation, verification, and ongoing management of active and inactive products
- Track performance metrics of new product launches and provide actionable insights for optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of retail, beauty, or consumer goods experience
- Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis
- Proven experience building and analyzing KPIs across retail environments
- E-commerce retail experience preferred
