Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the PR and influencer strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and business objectives.
- Coordinate deployment of PR & Influence activations across European markets in close partnership with local teams; ensure consistency of messaging and execution.
- Develop influencer and media mapping to identify priority profiles and outlets; design and manage seeding/gifting programs from conception through distribution.
- Provide strategic PR and influencer support to partner brands, Sephora Collection and in-store activations to maximise visibility and relevance.
- Create and review European press materials and communication tools; contribute to the organisation and flawless delivery of major press and influencer events (e.g., SEPHORiA, PR trips).
- Contribute to crisis communication alongside Corporate Communications and the European PR & Events Director.
- Design performance measurement frameworks, build dashboards and KPIs to evaluate impact and ROI; recommend strategic adjustments based on insights.
- Ensure optimal use and evolution of monitoring platforms (e.g., Cision, Kolsquare) for precise analysis and reporting to markets.
- Manage and optimise the European PR & Influence budget; allocate resources to maximise return and efficiency.
- Animate and lead the European PR & Influence community; collaborate transversally with marketing, social media, events, studio and external agencies. Mentor and supervise junior resources or an alternant.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in public relations and influencer marketing, ideally within an international or multi-market environment.
- Proven experience designing and deploying seeding programs, influencer campaigns and PR activations at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to build measurement frameworks and report on PR / influencer ROI.
- Strong organisational skills, rigorous attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced international environment.
- Professional-level English (oral and written) — ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in public relations and influencer roles, preferably with experience coordinating multi‑market or pan‑European programmes within the beauty, retail or lifestyle sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline.
