Sephora hiring Pick Shift Coordinator in Avon, Indiana. Full-time DC role managing shifts and warehouse operations. $24.70–$26.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign work tasks to associates and monitor progress against established productivity and accuracy standards
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and monitor work activities
- Communicate daily work goals to the team and coordinate execution against defined action plans
- Monitor associate performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Train associates on their duties in accordance with company procedures and manuals
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, state, and company safety regulations and report violations to management
- Maintain balanced inventory levels and manage the flow of communication between shifts
- Uphold Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent attendance and model professional conduct for other associates
- Work flexible schedules and overtime as required by operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or demonstrated ability to learn such systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematics skills
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
