Sephora Pick Shift Coordinator (Friday–Sunday, Full-Time) at Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. Lead warehouse teams, manage WMS systems, and ensure operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to warehouse associates to meet daily productivity goals
- Monitor associate work performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Train associates in warehouse duties and procedures according to company standards
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related in-house computer systems to track work activities
- Communicate daily work goals to team and coordinate execution against defined action plans
- Balance inventory and manage flow of communication between warehouse shifts
- Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
- Report safety violations and potential hazards to appropriate supervisory and management personnel
- Maintain attendance standards and set a professional example for other associates
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or distribution center experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or proven ability to quickly learn such systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment, with demonstrated proficiency in warehouse operations and inventory management. Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or comparable tracking software is highly valued.
Education
Associate degree or equivalent relevant warehouse/distribution center work experience. High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
