Sephora in Avon, IN is hiring a Pick Shift Coordinator at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center — full-time, $24.70–$26.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize pick and fulfillment tasks to associates to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other menu-driven applications to monitor work progress and inventory.
- Communicate daily goals and action plans to the team and coordinate activities across shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
- Monitor associate performance, provide constructive feedback, and train employees on preferred methods and procedures.
- Balance inventory and help manage the flow of information between shifts to preserve accuracy and service levels.
- Enforce company, OSHA and Loss Prevention policies to maintain a safe, secure and compliant work environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance, flexibility for shift assignment and overtime as operational needs require.
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service consistent with company standards.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or demonstrated ability to learn menu-driven inventory systems.
- Basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by the role.

Minimum three years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operations, including hands-on use of WMS and demonstrated ability to coordinate pick/fulfillment teams.
Education
College degree or relevant work experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
