Sephora, Paris – Performance Manager, Search Marketing (CDI, hybrid). Lead paid & organic search strategy for France/Belgium.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and orchestrate digital acquisition strategy for paid and organic search (France & Belgium, web & app), with focus on performance improvement (acquisition, ROAS, CPA, visibility) and profitable revenue growth
  • Prepare annual business plan evaluating resources needed to achieve objectives (budget, technical upgrades, data infrastructure) and design appropriate cross-channel strategy with supporting formats
  • Develop mid- to long-term search acquisition roadmap informed by market and technical tool evolution, including new LLM and social search opportunities
  • Analyze paid and organic search performance through regular monitoring tools (daily analysis, weekly reviews for e-commerce instances, quarterly business reviews with agencies and SEO consultants) and deliver strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure financial rigor in paid search budget tracking; manage budget reallocation between channels during revisions and inform financial control
  • Develop and improve reporting tools and templates to meet business needs (category-level and product-level visibility)
  • Oversee and challenge partner agencies in campaign definition and optimization for always-on search with constant focus on execution quality and ROAS
  • Manage day-to-day collaboration with SEO/GEO consultant; align with Europe roadmap and produce monthly reporting including LLM metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across agencies and internal departments (Offer, Legal, Image, Creative Studio, Digital) to enable campaign launches for retail and COAD
  • Collaborate with data analytics team to develop measurement and KPI tracking tools within GA4 dashboards
  • Act as orchestrator across 360 Marketing initiatives, ensuring full-funnel alignment and message consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 from business school or university degree in Digital Marketing
  • Solid foundation in performance marketing and e-commerce challenges, particularly search strategy expertise (essential)
  • Minimum 10 years of media expertise (Google Ads) on major search accounts, either in performance media agencies, at retailers, or with pure-play digital retailers
  • Fluent English
  • Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with capacity to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
