Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of core HR activities in alignment with Sephora Middle East HR Strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Assist in the implementation of the employee performance management system and retention strategies.
- Act as a Business Partner for talent management, succession planning, and performance management in the region.
- Engage with senior business and HR stakeholders to develop a culture of talent management and define talent-related needs.
- Support store leaders in identifying skills and behaviors required to meet future business demands.
- Oversee the annual talent identification and review cycle, including talent calibration and succession planning.
- Enhance leadership capabilities in partnership with the Education Team.
- Strengthen and diversify talent pipelines for business-critical and leadership roles.
- Monitor the effectiveness of talent management and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand-focused environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and escalations.
- Review and enhance performance management processes.
- Fulfill retail recruitment needs and manage the recruitment pipeline.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a People Partner role within medium to large-sized organizations.
Education
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
