Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with leaders to coach on timesheet inaccuracies.
- Support and coordinate system upgrades within the Dayforce platform, leading change management efforts.
- Manage the distribution and mailing of paper checks and oversee direct deposit setups and changes.
- Ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Apply and file documentation for instances such as jury duty or bereavement.
- Provide guidance and training to leaders on the Dayforce system.
- Address escalated or complex payroll issues with Sephora Headquarters.
- Maintain attendance and timekeeping reporting.
- Review and analyze payroll reporting as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of compliance and pay-related laws.
- Extract data from various systems to create reports supporting operations and HR.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records.
- Process employee changes such as internal movement and terminations.
- Manage employee programs such as discounts and tuition reimbursement.
- Provide employee support for frequently asked questions regarding policies and payroll.
- Assist with internal communications and employee recognition programs.
- Support New Hire Orientation sessions.
- Assist with daily timekeeping inquiries and payroll processing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
- Thorough knowledge of current employment-related laws and regulations.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a distribution center or manufacturing environment.

Compensation
