Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll process for approximately 500 employees autonomously.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations related to personnel administration.
- Oversee time and activity management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle administrative aspects of employee management, including health, development, and benefits.
- Participate in the evolution of HRIS tools to enhance service quality and optimize workload.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a payroll department.
- Familiarity with HR tools such as Teams RH, Horoquartz (eTemptation), and Peopledoc.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
